RULES

The rules for the league were initially codified in 1994 by former league commissioner Mike Harrison.  Here is the scan of those original codified rules.

1994 Rules

As these rules have not been updated for 16 years, and we have morphed from a majority dice and card league to a full computer league, the rules required updating.  Not to mention the rule changes we have put in effect over those years.

Here is the new draft rules which have been sent to all managers for comment and review.  Please let the Commissioner know your feelings so that a final version can be released.
